RETURN POLICY

Because We Care

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase and we will gladly accept a return on all orders in Australia within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately if you need to return something.
If your item is a custom order, these are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
To lodge a return, please email hello@mspearls.au. Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings.  Postage will be at the buyer’s expense. We recommend using registered/traceable post as we are not responsible for lost packages.
